Most of
my recent projects have been for Chemical industry
clients...
Building 21 Lab
Renovation- the
project is complete and the scientific staff
has re-occupied the Third
Floor...the lab was originally built in 1916...real
"Thomas Edison" era
stuff...wooden fume hoods...original lab gas
piping...amazing...it was
state of the art...90 years ago...
I doubt that they recognize it given
how much has changed...The best part of
this project was talking to the
staff and getting the impression that they feel
safe working in their
new fume hoods...A good HVAC design combined with
propoer
commissioning, testing, and balancing are critical to the success of
any laboratory project...
Employee Fitness
Center- A great
project for employees in a plant with a
nice selection of high-end
work-out equipment...construction should start
soon...
